Pretty F*'n Good Toast (PFGT) is firing up the food scene in London but for one day only it returns to its roots with a pop up in the gentleman's capital Valletta. In collaboration with Stretta, the island's finest craft beer and hosted by Camarata, the cosiest new hangout in Merchant Street, PFGT will be served from noon until stocks last. Brought to you by Lovin Malta.

THE ALL ORGANIC SUNDAY BEST

The Menu

- Slow roasted shoulder of organic salt marsh Lamb

- Organic chicken leg with lemon and thyme

- Low temp organic brisket of Angus Beef

- Smoked mushroom Shepherd's Pie (vegetarian)

All served with roast potatoes, celeriac purée, honey roast roots, kale, bread sauce from fresh bread trimmings from Pavilion, and 64-hour gravy with banging Yorkshire puddings.

We'll be running a lunch time roast from 1-6pm, showing the Arsenal game for those wanting to catch the footie at 2:15pm.

We're running a evening roast from 6-9pm for the night owls who alway miss Sunday lunch.

Pretty F*cking Good Roast Presents -  The Mighty Maltese Roast  Sunday 20th at Machine No. 3

A traditional, three-course Maltese pop-up feast. Carefully sourced ingredients including rabbit, fresh, artisan handmade pasta, and organic vegetables.

Concocted with creative flair by David Darmanin, previously of Noma in Copenhagen (voted best restaurant in the world), and top chef Nicole Pisani former head chef of Ottolenghi and executive chef of the Hackney Food plan. Set in a gorgeous new venue, just voted Time Out's Best Bar in Homerton.

Get ready to infuse some Mediterranean rays into your Sunday lunch with this pop-up roast with a twist. Put your glad rags on and get ready to to be decadent, as we join in the spirit of cheery Maltese mamas and let the red wine flow.
