Set up in Hackney Wick in 2014, PFGT is a pop-up and catering company that brings to the table decades of combined experience in fine dining, street food, food consultancy, event management and food publishing. We really like to put our hearts into the jobs we’re tasked with, and as chefs we like our food to be:
•Seasonal and eco-sustainable
•Tailored to customers’ desires and needs
•Faithful to trends but shying away from being uppity or using, I don’t know, slippers for plates

We’ve set up in people’s flats, parks, pubs, on beaches and in breweries – and also in some even more awesome venues – like Buckingham Palace (LDN); the Rockefeller Center (NYC); Glastonbury Festival (where we also fed Jeremy Corbyn, Jarvis Cocker and Michael Eavis); St John’s Museum (LDN); The Office of the Prime Minister - Castille Palace (MLT); Heathrow Airport BA VIP lounge; and The Malta Stock Exchange (MLT).
